Shipping & Processing

Once you place your order, we’ll process it within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled the next working day.

Delivery Time Estimates

We deliver across the UAE and beyond. Here’s a general idea of how long it takes:

Within UAE: 1–3 business days
GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs)

These are estimated timelines—delays can occasionally happen, especially during peak seasons or due to weather or customs.

Who Delivers Your Order?

We’ve partnered with reliable courier services like Aramex, DHL, and FedEx, as well as trusted local carriers. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Missed a Delivery?

If the courier isn’t able to reach you after a couple of attempts, the package will be returned to us. If that happens, we’ll get in touch to arrange a re-delivery (please note: re-shipping charges may apply).
